Black Bean Brownies
Makes 9 large servings

Ingredients​
-
1 can (14 oz) black beans (drained and rinsed in cold water)

3 eggs
-
1/2 cup cacao powder
-
1/2 cup gluten free flour (I use coconut flour)

3/4 cup honey (liquid form)
-
1/4 cup water
-
4 tbsps coconut oil (melted)
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions​

Mix all ingredients together in a blender

Grease an 8 x 8 pan with oil (I use coconut oil)
-
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
-
Allow to cool for 15 minutes prior to serving
