Black Bean Brownies

Makes 9 large servings

5 minutes                                  40 minutes

Ingredients​

  • 1 can (14 oz) black beans (drained and rinsed in cold water)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour (I use coconut flour)

  • 3/4 cup honey (liquid form)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 4 tbsps coconut oil (melted)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions​

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender

  2. Grease an 8 x 8 pan with oil (I use coconut oil)

  3. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees

  4. Allow to cool for 15 minutes prior to serving
