Morning Apple Pie

Ingredients
-
4 cups egg whites
-
1 apple (thinly sliced) - I use Granny Smith
-
1 tbsp raw honey
-
1/4 cup walnuts (crushed)

1/8 cup raisins
-
1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)

Directions
-
Slice apples, crush walnuts and add to a container with honey, cinnamon and raisins. Shake until apples are completely coated with all ingredients

In a medium frying pan cook above ingredients, on medium heat, until apples are soft (approximately 3 minutes)

Once cooked, evenly distribute mixture in pan and add egg whites
-
Reduce heat to minimum, cover and let cook until eggs are done (approximately 15 minutes)
