No Crust Quiche
Makes 6 servings (12 muffin sized portions)

Ingredients​

4 cups egg whites or 12 large eggs​

1 cup chopped frozen spinach (thawed)

1 pepper (yellow, red or orange) (diced)

1 small onion (diced)

1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1 to 1 1/2 tsps sea salt

1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Original

Directions​

Combine and mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl

Apply oil to each muffin case to avoid mixture from sticking (I use avocado oil)

Fill each muffin case with mixed ingredients

Bake in oven for 30 minutes @ 350

This recipe is great for those of you who want something healthy in the morning but don’t want to cook everyday.

Heat them up by steaming them in a pan with a little bit of water and a lid.​
You can also cook this in an 8 x 8 pan in the oven. Just keep in mind the cooking time may change.
