Tuna & Kidney Bean Salad

  • 1 can tuna (drained)

  • 1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)

  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsps yellow mustard

  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Simply mix all the ingredients together and serve.


Simple and delicious! I like to add a little extra mustard because I LOVE mustard.

If you're not a mustard fan, add white vinegar instead!

Keep the vinegar, oil ratio to around 1:2.
